Registering your Apparel Equipment – Why?
With the Fall/Winter 2008 season, ASSOS introduces a new warranty system for its customers. Starting with the “Winter.LL” (to then include all Summer ’09 news, to finally extends to all the collection by the end of 2009), the hang tag on each garment becomes a warranty card with a separate Warranty Registration Number (WRN), which allows Assos to trace all the information, such as model, color, size… Register below the WRN of all of the ASSOS equipment you purchase! If you have then a warranty issue, it is sufficient to login, view all the registered products, select the one of interest, print out the corresponding warranty form, and bring/ship it to an ASSOS local store or ASSOS Headquarters, together with the product. The person who handles the repair will have all necessary information regarding yourself and the product. This ensures a fast handling of the case and the best possible service.
